Shipping policy

All items are shipped via NZ Post with tracking. Screaming Jewellery is a small business and once items are sent we cannot be held accountable for lost parcels. If you would like to arrange postal insurance for your items, please get in touch prior to purchase.

To be eligible for a refund on return, your item must be unused and in original condition along with its packaging. Where there is no fault with the item, customers must pay their own shipping on returns.

Please allow up to two weeks for production and shipping, depending on your item. If you need your item by a particular date, please contact me BEFORE you make your order to ensure it will be ready.
