Jewellery Care
Please take care to store your jewellery somewhere safe and dry at the end of the day. It is not recommended to sleep, shower or swim in your jewellery.
Cleaning cloths for silver or gold jewellery can be bought for removing tarnish from your pieces. Gentle cleaning can be done using a soft toothbrush and dishwashing detergent with water.

Question: Can you repair my broken jewellery?I approach repairs on a case by case basis, starting with whether or not the piece is made of a precious metal.
I offer a number of repair options including:
- Chain soldering and repair
- Ring resizing, larger or smaller
- Replacement of clasps, earring hooks

Question: Will you make me a custom piece?
I love to make bespoke pieces of jewellery, working with a client and making a design they'll love.
Screaming Jewellery custom pieces can take 3-4 weeks or longer depending on complexity of the request and whether materials or stones need to be sourced. Please plan your order accordingly and I will do my best to accommodate your needs. Question: Can you recreate a piece from a photo?
If you are wanting a custom piece designed it can be helpful to provide some images for inspiration and to get an idea of your aesthetic. However I will not make a direct copy of someone else's work.

Currently I have pieces stocked at Royal Jewellery Studio in Auckland, Bizarre Bazaar in Wellington and The Jewel and the Jeweller in New Plymouth

Question: What materials are your jewellery made from?
All Screaming Jewellery pieces are made in solid sterling silver, unless otherwise stated.
Question: I love your jewellery but I don’t wear silver, can you make it in gold?
Yes! Please get in touch if you would like this option.
Question: How do I find out my ring size?
The best and most accurate method to find your ring size is to visit a local jeweller and have them take your size in person. If you would like me to send you a plastic ring sizer in the mail please get in touch using the contact form.
